to Section 45 of the Principal Act

In sub-section (1) of Section 45 of the Principal Act, the following clarification is added:- “Explanation:- For the purpose of this section, “legal practitioner” means a senior advocate, advocate or advocate and That word also refers to the public prosecutor.”
